The 30 Days of FREE411 Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are residents of, and are physically present in, one of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) and who are at least fourteen (14) years of age or older. 4. How to Enter and Win
There are two (2) ways to enter and win:

5. Conditions for Participation and Validation of Entries

6. Prizes and Odds of Winning
Only the number of prizes listed below will be awarded in this Promotion.
Instant Winning Prizes: There will be two (2) $411 instant winning prizes each day for a total of sixty (60) winning game plays over the Promotion Period. No prize will be awarded on any winning game play claim that does not receive a telephone confirmation. Only the caller receiving telephone confirmation will be awarded a prize. No other claims will be valid utilizing or duplicating that message.
Instant Win Prize Selection: Sixty (60) random, computer-generated winning times (two (2) per day) will be generated across the Promotion Period. If you are the first caller during one of these randomly generated time periods to complete a Qualified Entry Call, (in case of a tie, the Administrators computer server log will determine “first call” time to confirm the winner) your telephone number will be recorded and the caller will be a potential instant winner of $411 (pending verification). Within 24 hours, you will be called to confirm the mailing address where your prize should be sent. Failure to respond to the prize notification within 24 hours will void your prize and no alternate winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, winner acknowledges that their voice conversation during the winner notification process may be recorded and utilized for advertising and public relations without winner’s prior review or approval. Odds of winning any instant win prize are based on the number of Qualified Entry Calls during the Promotion Period divided by the total number of prizes. Sweepstakes Drawing: There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize drawing. Drawing will be conducted on or about December 7, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be under the control of the Administrators, whose decisions will be final and legally binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes. Potential winning entrant must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The Sweepstakes prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitutions by entrants will be permitted.
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: 3-day/2-night trip for winner and (1) guest to Boston, MA PLUS THE CHANCE TO WIN $411,000*.
Prize includes the following:
- Roundtrip (coach class) air transportation.

- Three (3) day full size rental car (approximate retail value - $1,200).
- PLUS the Grand Prize winner, while in Boston, will have the opportunity to select one (1) cell phone out of 411 cell phones displayed on a game board. Each cell phone will contain a number that is matched to a sealed envelope number.
- One (1) envelope will contain a $411,000 cash prize. Odds of winning - 1:411
- Ten (10) envelopes will contain a $41,100 cash prize. Odds of winning - 1:41
- Four-hundred envelopes will contain a $4,110 cash prize. Odds of winning - 1:1.03

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine the date, time and location of the Cell Phone Event for a chance to win up to $411,000. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize are based on the number of Qualified Entry Calls during the Promotion Period divided by the total number of prizes.
Prize value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and hotel availability. All travel reservations will be made 30 days in advance. Travel arrangements must be booked through Sponsors’ agent and on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice. Travel arrangements cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Travel is subject to availability. Prize is valid for one calendar year from issue date as solely determined by the travel date established at the Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates/redemption letters or tickets. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, food, tours, gift shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred. If any winner or guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and guests must have a valid identification documents as required by airlines to travel. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. If the winner or guest is a minor they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package is a minimum of $5,310 to a maximum of $412,200. Total value of all prizes $436,860.
NOTE: All federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses not specifically described as part of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of winner.
7. Winner Notification
Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and or text message. Winner will be required to reply to the winner’s notice with the winner’s full name, age and mailing address in order to receive their prize winning documents. Winner must reply within two (2) days from the first attempted notification. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (7) days of issuance of notification. Grand Prize Winner (if a minor, their respective parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Prizes won by a minor, will be awarded in the name of a parent of legal guardian, for the benefit of the minor. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. c. e. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant entering via the methods set forth, the authorized account holder of the cellular phone address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of a cellular phone is the natural person in whose name the phone has been issued and to whom services are billed.
f. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
